Melanie received her degree in Management Information Systems in 1983 from Texas Tech University and has worked for Texas Instruments, Raytheon and ST Miccroelectronics. Her background in Project Management makes her the perfect fit for The Andrews Group.
Pearce graduated in 1985 with a B.S.in Landscape Architecture from Texas Tech University and has been connected in the real estate community since the late 80’s.His experience in remodeling, landscape architecture and construction has been an asset in determining the condition and value of a home.
